You generate the leads. We make sure your clients convert them.

Namari is the human follow-up and conversion team behind your clients' enquiries — contacting, qualifying and booking every lead, so your campaigns are judged on results, not on how fast your client picks up the phone.

  • White label or referral
  • Performance-based — no retainer
  • Human agents, not bots

Where agency results are really lost

  1. Your campaignGenerates the enquiry
  2. Your clientResponds late, calls once, forgets to follow up
  3. The report“Leads were poor quality”

Namari fixes step 2. We become the conversion layer between your leads and your client's revenue.

The agency–client gap

Your client's follow-up decides whether your campaign “worked”.

You can control targeting, creative and cost per lead. You can't control what happens after the form is submitted — but you're the one who gets blamed for it.

Slow first response

Enquiries sit in an inbox for hours. By the time someone calls, the prospect has booked with a competitor.

One attempt, then nothing

A single missed call and the lead is written off. Nobody tries again tomorrow, or the day after.

No structured follow-up

Leads who weren't ready this week are never re-contacted — even the ones who asked to be.

“The leads are bad”

The client blames lead quality, the numbers look weak, and the agency's retainer is the first thing questioned.

The result is familiar: good leads go cold, reported ROAS looks weak, and a client who should be scaling spend starts questioning the agency instead.

The Namari conversion layer

A trained team that works every lead until it books — or clearly isn't going to.

Namari handles lead follow-up, qualification, appointment setting and sales conversion for your clients. Your agency doesn't need another marketing service. It needs a conversion partner.

Partnership models

Two ways to work together.

Referral partnership

Introduce a client. We take it from there.

  • You introduce a client who needs better lead conversion
  • Namari contracts with and delivers for the client directly
  • You earn 10% of the fees we collect from that client, for 12 months
  • Client ownership for marketing stays firmly with you

Best for agencies that want extra revenue and better client results with zero delivery involvement.

Discuss this model

White label partnership

Your service. Our team behind it.

  • Offer follow-up and appointment setting as part of your agency
  • Namari delivers under your brand, with confidentiality built in
  • You set your own client pricing and keep the margin
  • Reporting you can put in front of your client

Best for agencies that want to own a complete lead-to-revenue offer.

Why agencies partner with Namari

Better conversion is an agency growth lever.

Client results you can defend

When follow-up is handled properly, your campaigns get judged on what the leads were actually worth.

Retention, not churn

Fewer “bad leads” conversations. More clients who can see the pipeline your ads created.

A new service line, without hiring

Offer sales follow-up and appointment setting without building or managing a sales team.

Partnership revenue

Earn 10% of what we collect from clients you introduce for their first 12 months, or add your own margin through white label.

Differentiation in the pitch

Most agencies stop at the lead. You can show prospects what happens after it.

Nothing to manage

We recruit, train, script, QA and report. You stay focused on the media.

Who it's for

Agencies whose clients live on enquiries.

Performance and lead-gen agencies running Meta and Google for businesses where every lead is worth chasing:

  • Dental implants & Invisalign
  • Cosmetic dentistry
  • Hair restoration
  • Aesthetic & cosmetic clinics
  • Family & immigration law
  • Home improvement & construction
  • High-ticket services

Not a fit: clients with very low lead volume, or no way to track what happens to a lead after it's booked. We'll say so early.

How it works

  1. Introduce a client

Tell us about a client whose leads aren't converting the way they should.

  2. We design the follow-up

Scripts, qualification criteria, response targets and calendar rules are agreed with you and the client before anything starts.

  3. We work the leads

Trained Namari agents contact, qualify, follow up and book — inside the client's CRM or ours.

  4. Everything is tracked

Every contact attempt, appointment and outcome is reported, so results are transparent to you and the client.

  5. Your client performs better

Stronger conversion supports your campaigns, your retention and your partnership revenue.

Performance model

Structured around results — not a monthly retainer.

Namari is paid when the work produces outcomes: qualified appointments and/or converted revenue, defined and agreed per client before we start. That keeps everyone focused on the same number.

Qualified appointment

Criteria agreed in writing — including what doesn't count, like duplicates and out-of-area bookings.

Revenue share

For clients who can track sales back to the lead, with a clear attribution window.

Short pilot first

Tracking set up, leads worked, results reviewed together before anyone commits.

Operating standards

You're trusting us with your client's leads. Here's how we protect that.

Agreed qualification rules

What counts as a qualified appointment is written down before the pilot starts — no surprises.

Approved scripts & brand voice

Agents follow scripts you and your client sign off. White-label work uses your agency's name.

Transparent reporting

Contact attempts, connection rates, bookings and outcomes — visible, not a monthly PDF of vanity metrics.

Call quality assurance

Calls are reviewed against agreed standards, with recordings where lawful and agreed with the client.

CRM visibility

We work inside the client's existing CRM where possible, so the data stays theirs.

Data handled properly

UK GDPR-aligned processing with a data processing agreement in place before we touch a lead.

Questions agencies ask

It can be. In a white label partnership, Namari delivers the service under your agency's brand and your client deals with you. In a referral partnership, we contract with the client directly. Many agencies use both, depending on the client.

Only if you want us to. In white label, all client communication runs through your agency unless you tell us otherwise. In referral, we work directly with the client you introduced — and never pitch them other marketing services.

You do. Namari doesn't sell media, SEO or ad management, so we're not a threat to your retainer. Client ownership and non-solicitation are written into the partnership agreement.

Yes. White label agents can represent your agency (or the client's business, as agreed), using scripts and email templates you approve.

10% of the fees Namari collects from each client you introduce (excluding VAT and refunds), for 12 months from their first paid invoice, paid monthly. Register the introduction with us before we first contact the client; a registration is valid for 90 days. Referral commission on law-firm clients is subject to regulatory review before it applies.

Namari is structured around results rather than a monthly retainer — typically per qualified appointment and/or a share of converted revenue. Exact terms are agreed per client before any work starts.

We start with a short performance pilot. Qualification rules, tracking and reporting are set up first, then we work the client's leads and review the numbers together at the end before anyone commits to continuing.

We focus on businesses where a lead is valuable and speed matters: dental, hair restoration, aesthetics, selected legal practice areas, home improvement and other high-ticket services. Some regulated areas (such as personal injury claims and consumer finance) are outside our scope. If you're unsure whether a client fits, ask — we'll tell you honestly.

Usually, yes. We prefer working in the client's existing CRM and calendar so there's one record of every lead. If they don't have one, we'll agree a simple setup during onboarding.

We agree response-time targets with each client during onboarding, based on their lead volume and opening hours. The aim is minutes, not hours — and every attempt is logged, so you can see it.

Against numbers agreed up front: contact rate, qualified appointments, show rate and, where tracking allows, revenue. You see the same reporting we do.

Start with one client

Let's discuss a client.

Tell us a little about your agency. We'll come back to you quickly to talk through the clients you have in mind and whether Namari is a fit — no obligation.

  • A short call, not a sales marathon
  • An honest view on whether a client is a good fit
  • Clear next steps for a performance pilot
